If a device couldn't be enabled we left the lock hanging. This patch also removes the leftover OsReleaseSignals() call, now unnecessary. Note that input_unlock() is later than previously OsReleaseSignals(). RemoveDevice() manipulates the input device and its file descriptors, it's safer to put the input_unlock() call after RemoveDevice() to avoid events coming in while the device is being removed. X Server
The X server accepts requests from client applications to create windows,
which are (normally rectangular) "virtual screens" that the client program
can draw into.
Windows are then composed on the actual screen by the X server
(or by a separate composite manager) as directed by the window manager,
which usually communicates with the user via graphical controls such as buttons
and draggable titlebars and borders.
