Colin Harrison b3751454cb Cygwin/X: Update Get/SetWindowLong() to Get/SetWindowLongPtr() everywhere 
Get/SetWindowLong() is superseded by Get/SetWindowLongPtr(), so change to
using that everywhere it remains
