Left over from the builtin keyboard driver removed from the Xorg
server in 2006 (commit 3eeb62e8f5).
Requires xorg/driver/xf86-input-keyboard@40ef7d9e24987eb6708d822d0ea070
to build the current keyboard driver with this change.

X Server
The X server accepts requests from client applications to create windows, which are (normally rectangular) "virtual screens" that the client program can draw into.
Windows are then composed on the actual screen by the X server (or by a separate composite manager) as directed by the window manager, which usually communicates with the user via graphical controls such as buttons and draggable titlebars and borders.
