Søren Sandmann Pedersen 8d84fd2566 Don't call pixman_disable_out_of_bounds_workaround() anymore
Pixman used to have a workaround for a bug in old X servers, and this
function was used to disable that workaround in servers known to be
fixed.

Since 0.22, which the X server depends on, the workaround doesn't
exist anymore, so there is no point disabling it.

					X Server

The X server accepts requests from client applications to create windows,
which are (normally rectangular) "virtual screens" that the client program
can draw into.

Windows are then composed on the actual screen by the X server
(or by a separate composite manager) as directed by the window manager,
which usually communicates with the user via graphical controls such as buttons
and draggable titlebars and borders.
