This matches a change in xorg-sgml-docs whereby the masterdb will look for the target dbs into the same location as the generated documents. The target dbs are now installed alongside the generated documents. Previously they are installed in $prefix/sgml/X11/dbs alongside masterdb which has the potential of installing outside the package prefix and cause distcheck to fail when user does not have write permission in this package. X Server
The X server accepts requests from client applications to create windows,
which are (normally rectangular) "virtual screens" that the client program
can draw into.
Windows are then composed on the actual screen by the X server
(or by a separate composite manager) as directed by the window manager,
which usually communicates with the user via graphical controls such as buttons
and draggable titlebars and borders.
