          (DoSimpleClip): clip using a clipping box. Does not
           support regions yet.
          (EphyrPutImage): first implementation.
           Uses a simple clipping rectangle, no region yet.
        * hw/kdrive/ephyr/hostx.c:
          (hostx_get_window): added this to get the main
          window of the host x.
