Dr. David Alan Gilbert 1365d82f13 xkb: deadcode cleanup
The last use of struct '_SrvXkmInfo' was removed in
commit fbd7768946 ("XKB: Ditch XkbFileInfo").
Remove it.

The define MAX_TOC hasn't been used in this file since sometime
in the mid 90's; it's unused in version '1997/05/20 11:42:06'
but in '1.8 94/05/16 10:49:53' it's used in the definition
of _SrvXkmInfo.
Remove it.

Build tested.

X Server

The X server accepts requests from client applications to create windows, which are (normally rectangular) "virtual screens" that the client program can draw into.

Windows are then composed on the actual screen by the X server (or by a separate composite manager) as directed by the window manager, which usually communicates with the user via graphical controls such as buttons and draggable titlebars and borders.
