The only consumer of this is the Linux vm86 backend for int10 (which you should not use), and there all it serves to do is make signals generated by the vm86 task non-fatal. In practice this error appears never to happen, and marching ahead with root privileges after arbitrary code has raised a signal seems like a poor plan. Remove the usage in the vm86 code, making this error fatal. X Server
The X server accepts requests from client applications to create windows,
which are (normally rectangular) "virtual screens" that the client program
can draw into.
Windows are then composed on the actual screen by the X server
(or by a separate composite manager) as directed by the window manager,
which usually communicates with the user via graphical controls such as buttons
and draggable titlebars and borders.
