Ian Romanick 05f8b772ae ScanPciDisplayPCICardInfo now uses pci_device interface for PCI 
scanning.  Log messages simplified to make the code shorter and less
convoluted.  ScanPciDisplayPCICardInfo is now void since it was only
called from one place with a constant parameter.
