Eamon Walsh 8b54865720 xace: add hooks + new access codes: XKB extension. 
Removes "LookupKeyboardDevice" and "LookupPointerDevice" in favor of
inputInfo.keyboard and inputInfo.pointer, respectively; all use cases
are non-XI compliant anyway.
