Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult e34ad1626b bump minimal xorg version to 1.18

1.18 was released a decade ago, so it seems reasonable stop supporting
older ones.

xf86-video-suncg14 - CG14 video driver for the Xorg X server

The suncg14 driver supports the built-in frame buffer in the SPARCstation 10sx and SPARCstation 20 workstations.
