Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult 460a6d9550 use XNFcallocarray() instead of xnfcalloc macro

xnfcalloc is just an alias for XNFcallocarray() that doesn't seem to serve
any practical purpose, so it can go away once all drivers stopped using it.

The QXL virtual GPU is found in the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualisation system, and also in the spice project.
