Flora Cui fb06fb8147 dri2: reply to client for WaitMSC request in any case

otherwise client would wait for reply forever and desktop appears hang.

xf86-video-amdgpu - Xorg driver for AMD Radeon GPUs using the amdgpu kernel driver

Please submit bug reports to the Xorg bugzilla.

The master development code repository can be found at FreeDesktop Gitlab.

Please use merge requests for patch submission.
