Michel Dänzer aa572683d8 Fix condition for calling set_pixmap_bo in drmmode_xf86crtc_resize

This matches CreateScreenResources_KMS.

Fixes crash when resizing the screen (e.g. using xrandr) with depth <
24.

xf86-video-amdgpu - Xorg driver for AMD Radeon GPUs using the amdgpu kernel driver

Questions regarding this software should be directed at the amd-gfx mailing list.

Please submit bug reports to the Xorg bugzilla.

The master development code repository can be found at FreeDesktop Gitlab.

Please use merge requests for patch submission.
