Michel Dänzer 37bd79652a present: Return rotated CRTCs from amdgpu_present_get_crtc

Sync-to-vblank works fine with rotation. We're still checking for
rotation in amdgpu_present_check_flip.

Returning NULL from here resulted in the xserver present code falling
back to the fake CRTC running at 1 fps.
