Alan Coopersmith 85fe6b8f56 Mark xf86OSKbdPreInit as _X_EXPORT in header to match definitions

Fixes Solaris Studio 12.4 compiler error:
"sun_kbd.c", line 512: redeclaration must have the same or more restrictive linker scoping: xf86OSKbdPreInit
cc: acomp failed for sun_kbd.c
