Test fixtures

Keep reusable test input here, outside the disposable build/ tree.

dat-history/ preserves archive snapshots used during version-bar work.
dillo-cache/archives/ preserves the historical Dillo cache used for Dat/Dillo compatibility checks. Its legacy dat.json is test input; new archives from this project use dat.scm.
dillo-dpip/cold-input is a canned DPIP request sequence.
windows/hello.c is the tiny MSYS2 compiler smoke source.

Per-machine keys, bootstrap identity, and test run output belong under the ignored local-data/ directory and are not source-distribution contents.
