Marcin Slusarz b573cdd40e dri2: restore Screen->ConfigNotify on close ...

ConfigNotify is set by DRI2ScreenInit, but not restored to
previous state on close. Fix it.
(I'm preparing a patch for xf86-video-nouveau which detects GPU lockup
after dri2 init and it needs to reinitialize dri2)
