Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult 8d2117abeb hw: xwayland: fix build if neither gbm nor eglstream available 
glamor needs to be disabled if neither gbm nor eglstream is available,
otherwise build breaks.

Closes: xorg/xserver#1631
