Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult f288745d49 treewide: write xXineramaScreenInfo via x_rpcbuf_write_rect() 
The xXineramaScreenInfo payload type has the same definition as xRectangle,
so we can just use x_rpcbuf_write_rect() for those.
