Jesse Adkins 84e8de1271 fb: Remove fbcmap.c (bug 5436) ...

This is obsolete since a240c039c4.
Updated fb.h to mention that the functions come from fbcmap_mi.c now.
Dropped fbcmap.c from the makefile.
