Jon TURNEY 43ac0491e3 hw/xwin: Fix numerous 64-bit format/type cast issues with debug printing of pointers ...

Numerous pieces of debug output cast a pointer to an int and then use a "%08x"
printf format.

Use "%p" format for 64-bit portability.
