Daniel Stone 18e51911f5 Input: Add postdown to ButtonClassRec ...

This mirrors that in KeyClassRec: the state of the buttons as posted to
GetPointerEvents, rather than the state of the buttons as processed by
ProcessOtherEvent and friends.
