Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult 0e35606027 render: picturestr.h: unexport functions not used by drivers
Unexporting several functions not used by external drivers.
A few ones need to be _X_EXPORT'ed for proprietary Nvidia driver,
but are not supposed to be used by any new drivers.
