Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult	59463b7a99	(submit/rename-panoramix-sym) rename old symbol PANORAMIX to XINERAMA ... PANORAMIX was the original working title of the extension, before it became official standard. Just nobody cared about fixing the symbols to the official naming. Public module API headers don't need / shouldn't to contain anything that isn't part of the API (non-exported functions, etc).
