eb17b34362 Xinerama: lambda-esque macro for walking Xinerama screens
Move the walking loops on Xinerama screens into lambda-esque macros:

43dd9e5f43 dix: clean up MakeWindowOptional() calls and add alloc fault checks
a) no need to checking for win->optional == NULL before calling

b) lots of call sites didn't check for allocation failure.

5c09c89903 xfixes: canonicalize reply structures
Canonicalize all reply structs onto stack allocation and static
initialization, like already done in most other extension. So make
the code easier to understand and allow further simplifications by
subsequent commits (we can then use generic macros for doing the
actual sending, as well as byteorder swapping, size computation, etc),
Also gaining a little bit efficiency by skipping some heap allocations.

Dynamically sized payload buffers (where the upper bound isn't known),
are still allocated on heap.

7a2a5bd692 xfixes: simplify dispatcher
The dispatcher functions are much more complex than they're usually are

4bfa7ba6f0 xfixes: untwist Xinerama handling
The current way of switching between Xinerama and single-screen handlers
is quite complicated and needs call vector tables that are changed on
the fly, which in turn makes dispatching more complicated.

Reworking this into a simple and straight code flow, where individual request
procs just look at a flag to decide whether to call the Xinerama or single
screen version.

This isn't just much easier to understand (and debug), but also removes the need
or the call vectors, thus allowing further simplification of the dispatcher.

f55e01f5d8 xfixes: replace xallocarray() by calloc()
Only key difference that calloc(), in contrast to rellocarray(),
is zero-initializing. The overhead is hard to measure on today's
machines, and it's safer programming practise to always allocate
zero-initialized, so one can't forget to do it explicitly.

232cad9ec3 prevent name clash on Windows w/ RT_* defines
Windows' native headers using some our RT_* define's names for other things.
Since the naming isn't very nice anyways, introducing some new ones
(X11_RESTYPE_NONE, X11_RESTYPE_FONT, X11_RESTYPE_CURSOR) and define the old
ones as an alias to them, in case some out-of-tree code still uses them.

With thins change, we don't need to be so extremely careful about include
ordering and have explicit #undef's in order to prevent name clashes on
Win32 targets.

ba2432a020 xfixes: Forbid manipulating clip for source-only pictures (#28968)
Just throw BadPicture instead of crashing. It's not currently a
meaningful thing to do anyway, RenderSetPictureRectangles would error if
you tried (which this patch changes to BadPicture as well for
consistency). The problem with trying to do it is if the clip is
specified as a pixmap then we try to convert it to a region, and
->BitmapToRegion requires a ScreenPtr, and source-only pictures don't
have one.

I can imagine a use for client clip on source-only pictures, so if we
really wanted to allow this, probably the way forward is to always store
the clip as a region internally, and when setting the clip _from_ a
pixmap, look up BitmapToRegion relative to the pixmap not the picture.
But since clearly nobody can be relying on it working...

This is strictly the application of the script 'x-indent-all.sh'

	-T PrivatePtr

The typedefs were needed to make the output of sdksyms.sh match the

sdksyms.sh generates incorrect output.

The generated code was compared with the previous version and found to
be essentially identical -- "assert" line numbers and BUILD_TIME were
the only differences found.

The comparison was done with this script:

dir1=$1
dir2=$2

for dir in $dir1 $dir2; do

		dir=`dirname $file`
		base=`basename $file .o`

2dc138922b Rename region macros to eliminate screen argument
This is a combination of a huge mechanical patch and a few small
fixups required to finish the job. They were reviewed separately, but
because the server does not build without both pieces, I've merged
them together at this time.

The mechanical changes were performed by running the included
'fix-region' script over the whole tree:

$ git ls-files | grep -v '^fix-' | xargs ./fix-region

And then, the white space errors in the resulting patch were fixed
using the provided fix-patch-whitespace script.

$ sh ./fix-patch-whitespace

Thanks to Jamey Sharp for the mighty fine sed-generating sed script.

The hand-done changes involve removing functions from dix/region.c
that duplicate inline functions in include/regionstr.h, along with
their declarations in regionstr.h, mi.h and mispans.h.
