* Removed unnecessary comments (<!-- .LP -->).
* Corrected punctuation and improved sentence structure.
* Ensured consistent capitalization (e.g., "X11" vs "X Server").
* Fixed minor typos and spelling errors.

fb0802113b Remove readmask from screen block/wakeup handler 
With no users of the interface needing the readmask anymore, we can
remove it from the argument passed to these functions.

0e7f61d72c doc: use devbook.am for developers documentation 
Relocate the docs under the doc subdir.
Remove redundant xml subdir.
The xmlrules set of makefiles are no longer used.
