This isn't needed by any external module, so no need to export it.
And those flags are better off in the corresponding extension,

f1aebe0a3e miext: move over extinit_priv.h from include

15c0fb2611 xquartz: use extinit_priv.h instead of own declarations 
The extern declarations for no*Extension flags are already in
extinit_priv.h, so include this file instead of keeping our own
redundant definitions in the xquarz source.

a0834009cf dri2: Protect against dri2ClientPrivate assertion failures 
If DRI2ScreenInit hasn't been called yet, DRI2Authenticate and
DRI2CreateDrawable2 cause the X server to crash. This has been observed
to happen on multiple modern Linux distros in various conditions,
including QEMU and VMware VMs. Make these functions more robust in order
to prevent the crash.

This patch was originally provided by Bernhard Übelacker and expanded
upon by Mark Wagner.

7933cc24d0 xvfb: Add multiple CRTC support 
Multiple CRTCs can be added on a per-screen basis with the new -crtcs
option. Each CRTC has one associated output. Outputs beyond the first
are disabled by default and can be enabled by setting a mode. Outputs
can be disabled again by setting the associated CRTC's mode and output
to None.

4f2c6c98b7 xfree86: mark LoaderShouldIgnoreABI() and LoaderGetABIVersion() deprecated 
These functions are only used by the proprietary NVidia drivers,
so keeping them only for backwards compat. Nobody else should ever
really need them.
