The vmwarectrl tool's "setres" command was unusable, because it looks like someone added the settopology test without updating the argument indices for setres. This patch makes setres usable again.
vmwarectrl ---------- This is a sample VMWARE_CTRL client. Someone interested in using VMWARE_CTRL should use libvmwarectrl.[c|h] from this directory and the main vmwarectrl.h and vmwarectrlproto.h
