3b4a11c79c configure: Automatically detect the default xorg-module-dir. 
The module directory has changed to a per ABI folder in the xlibre-xserver.
Now the default value of `xorg-module-dir` will be detected from the `moduledir` variable in xorg-server.pc.

35de6b919e Raise minimum supported Xserver version to 1.18 (ABI_VIDEODRV_VERSION 20.0) 
Already effectively required by use of XNFcallocarray() introduced in
xorg/xserver@b96dc999 - xserver-1.18.0, released in Nov. 2015.

Allows dropping remnants of code for XAA and pre-pciaccess X servers

d2c856ab65 Quiet -Wredundant-decls from xorg/os.h fallbacks for new libc functions 
The Xorg headers provide their own versions of strlcat, strlcpy, and
timingsafe_memcmp for platforms that don't have them in libc yet, but
rely on configure to set HAVE_* defines to determine if they should be
defined in the headers.

ca1c2cde88 configure: Use LT_INIT from libtool 2 instead of deprecated AC_PROG_LIBTOOL 
AC_PROG_LIBTOOL was replaced by LT_INIT in libtool 2 in 2008,
so it's time to rely on it.

Clears autoconf warnings:

configure.ac:44: warning: The macro 'AC_PROG_LIBTOOL' is obsolete.
configure.ac:44: You should run autoupdate.
aclocal.m4:3515: AC_PROG_LIBTOOL is expanded from...
configure.ac:44: the top level

d409944a72 config: remove AC_PROG_CC as it overrides AC_PROG_C_C99 
XORG_STRICT_OPTION from XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS calls
AC_PROG_C_C99. This sets gcc with -std=gnu99.
If AC_PROG_CC macro is called afterwards, it resets CC to gcc.

900ba15ae2 config: update AC_PREREQ statement to 2.60 
Unrelated to the previous patches, the new value simply reflects
the reality that the minimum level for autoconf to configure
all x.org modules is 2.60 dated June 2006.

cf60e89140 Several driver modules do not have a ChangeLog target in Makefile.am #23814 
The git generated ChangeLog replaces the hand written one.
Update configure.ac to xorg-macros level 1.3.
Use XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS which replaces four XORG_* macros
Update Makefile.am to add ChangeLog target if missing
Remove ChangeLog from EXTRA_DIST or *CLEAN variables
This is a pre-req for the INSTALL_CMD

c688ce43f9 Update to xextproto 7.1 support. 
DPMS header was split into dpms.h (client) and dpmsconst.h (server). Drivers
need to include dpmsconst.h if xextproto 7.1 is available.
