Chris Wilson 1525b01778 intel-virtual-output: Fix cloning fixed mode outputs ...

When using a fixed mode, e.g. a Display without RandR support like
Xnest, we have to remember to hook up the connection during
recofiguration of VIRTUAL outputs.
